Youth Booth Rules

Supplement to the Riverwalk Market Fair Vendor Rules and Guidelines

Updated on February 15, 2026

Mission

The mission of the Youth Booth is to grow entrepreneurs.

To accomplish this mission, Riverwalk Market Fair provides use of a 10' x 10' tent, waiver of the annual application fee, and a reduced weekly fee of $10 to any interested and qualifying youth. RMF provides tents when available for youth vendors each week and two youth vendors per tent may be required.

About

The Youth Booth at Riverwalk Market Fair is open to any individual youth or youth group accepted by Riverwalk Market Fair's Farmers Market and/or Artists Market juries. Please read the RMF Rules and Guidelines and the RMF Artists Market Rules and/or Farmer and Food Vendor Rules for more information about what products are allowed at Riverwalk Market Fair and how to get accepted.

Rules

  1. A youth is anyone under 19 years or age or younger - or one year out of high school or less. If a youth is under the age of 13, they must have an adult in the booth with them.

  2. The products being sold must be eligible and approved by Riverwalk Market Fair.

  3. Youth may sell as representatives of a youth group, providing the group's adult advisor approves and is on-site during the market.

  4. Youth vendors must provide their own tables, table covers, chairs, display, and signage.

  5. Up to two youth vendors may share a tent on market day.

  6. The number of dates you can sell depends on how many Youth Booth applicants we get. The market manager will work with youth vendors to schedule their days.

  7. Market hours are 9am-1pm each Saturday. Booths must be set up no later than 8:45am.

  8. Please bring enough stock! If you do sell out, you may put up a sign stating that you are sold out or you may tear down early.
