Become a Vendor 

Thank you for your interest in the Riverwalk Market Fair. We are now accepting applications from new and returning vendors for our winter markets.

 

Vendors may apply for as many or as few markets as they wish. All new artist vendor applications must be approved through the jury process. Click here to view the market map.

 

Saturday market fees are $25 per booth. The Thursday market fee is $35 per booth. Click here to read the vendor rules and guidelines.

Winter markets will be held: 

  • Saturday, November 21, 9am-1pm, Northfield Middle School

  • Saturday, December 5, 9am-1pm, Northfield Middle School

  • Thursday, December 10, 5-8pm, Armory Square during Winter Walk

  • Saturday, December 19, 9am-1pm, Northfield Middle School

Youth Vendor Program

Our Youth Vendor Program is a safe and fun way for local youth entrepreneurs to test out their business with reduced vendor rates and free tent use. Local youth have have sold their handmade crafts, novels, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and fishing lures.

Youth vendors must be 19 years of age or younger. Riverwalk Market Fair waives the application fee, provides a tent, and offers a reduced weekly vendor of of $10 to youth vendors.

Community Partners

Riverwalk Market Fair is happy to work with local nonprofits that would like to have a presence at the market. Nonprofit organizations can use one of our tents for free (subject to availability). ​

Community Partners do not pay the vendor application fee.
